Is there an actual "monkey" ??
No. That would be cool, though.
What’s your return / cancellation policy?
All matters concerning returns or cancellations are explained in contract form.
Do I have to pay total fee up front?
No. Minimum requirement is 50% of the total invoice to begin work. In some instances, a 25% may be worked into a production plan - depending on your project.
do you have financing?
No. However, in most cases, projects can be worked around your budget. We get it. We're reasonable, and will work with you. No worries.
how long do most projects take to be completed?
Every project is different. But on average, most can be completed in a timely manner. In some cases, we can put a rush on something that you need to get out right away. We try to finish ASAP on every assignment.
Is the monkey available for kid's parties?
No. Even if there was a monkey, there'd be liabilities and legal mumbo jumbo.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, if it relates to your specific project. Our printer handles much of those procedures.
What does "Box the monkey" mean?
It's a play on the creative. You can box it, request it in a box, go box-less, or unboxed. Just a matter of reaching out of the box, but always retaining that concept or idea in that magical box.

Finally, what's with that name?
HA!! We get that a LOT. But it's okay. It's a unique name, and had you asking and scratching your head, so SUCCESS!! Honestly, it's just a name that popped up and stuck. Oh, and just in case you were also wondering: There's been no harm to any monkeys or actual monkey boxing that happens on the premises or anywhere, we promise.
